Adding a property to the database is the key to the system; once the data is entered it is used in many ways. jakX is a one entry software system by that we mean that you should only need to add information once and all other things are derived from it. The more detailed information that is added at the start the better the system will function through the life of that property. The property description is the used on your own web site, portals, sales brochures, property lists and window cards – all these items from information typed just the once. All properties are added from the initial request for a market appraisal this then gives you comparables and a great amount of data for those properties that you are unfortunate enough not to list initially.
