Within an estate agents or letting agents the diary plays an important part in the general running of the office and as such needs to be accurate and simple to use. The diary within JAKX is just that. There is an individual diary for each person along with an office diary that shows all entries. Entries are coloured coded for ease so viewings and market appraisals can be identified easily. All viewings are recorded whether they are accompanied or unaccompanied so that should a viewer or vendor require information it can easily be found, there is an option to not display by default though the unaccompanied ones thought to again make your life as easy as possible.
The diary is much than a record of where some-one needs to be and when, it will also manage actions and expirations of key items as reminders based on initial information added.
Any appointments once saved in jakX can be synchronised with Microsoft Outlook and then synchronised with a compatible mobile phone, so you know where you are going whilst out and about.
