Text Messaging

This allows you to send a quick message to one or multiple vendors, applicants or staff members. Great for advising of viewings or offers, or to say that the next appointment is cancelled. Less expensive than a phone call also.

Web Hits Report

Details of the number of visitors viewing your web site on a daily/monthly basis is shown here, this is a great tool to know how well you site is being advertised and how to improve the figures if needs be.

Applicant Matching

This is an alternative way of matching a person on the applicant database to properties in the database. All properties that match will be shown and then details can be sent by post or email.

Reports

A large number of reports can be produced, from the details of applicants registered within a specified date range to a staff performance report allowing management to know who is doing what. Reports can be done on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Solicitors Database

New solicitors can be added here as well as from an applicant or vendor screen. Details of all active clients that the solicitor is working for will always display at the bottom so when you are calling then for one you can ask about any other cases at the same time.

Admin

The configuration section enables you to define certain specifics that will make the database more bespoke to your own office. The majority of drop down lists can be changed e.g. property styles, attributes, buyer status etc, this is also where individual users can be added and brochure templates/document templates added or amended.

Update Web Site

This sends property data to your own web site and any portals that you have subscribed to. You can upload data as often as you want to ensure that you have the most up to date web site in town.

Backup/Restore

Backups are very important as computers can be stolen or crash and the last thing needed is to lose the data on there. This enables you to backup easily to a CD or direct to our servers.

Support System

Any questions or issues can be raised through our electronic support system. The details entered will be directed to the correct department immediately and you will be automatically emailed with any questions we may have or the answer.
