How It Works

Why Jakx?

JakX is a user friendly software system designed by former estate agents to ease the administration burden that estate and lettings agents are under on a daily basis allowing staff to be free to negotiate more sales/tenancy agreements and get more listings. In addition all property data can be transferred direct to your own web site and any of the major national property portals such as Rightmove.

The software system is based around the Shortcut Button screen (see below), the buttons do what they say they do and this makes navigation very easy and quick for the end user. The buttons used the most are the larger ones to the left and the less frequently used ones are to the right. No need to be an I.T. expert it is designed with estate agents and letting agents in mind.
