Customer Support

We are proud of our level of support and do not use premium rate numbers. We request that all issues and questions are emailed in to support@issl.co.uk so that we have a recorded copy. We look through these on a regular basis and if we find a recurring question then we look at putting in systems or enhancing training to prevent it happening again. We also monitor the support system to ensure that our service levels are kept high and we can ensure that our staff are fully trained.

All estate agents and letting agents will have their own login to their own support requests so that they can monitor what is happening and who is dealing with it and this end. This can be accessed at ISSL Support System.

We install and update remotely using Logmein all the sessions are recorded and we find that this is the quickest way to work. It also allows us to show the end user anything specific that they made need to know.

We issue a Pin code each time we connect that can only be used once. You need to allow us entry, we do not have permanent access to your systems.
