Having been in the housing industry for several years, (more than I care to remember) and having used several different housing software packages I would say that the Jakx system is the best one I have come across. It covers all aspects of the industry from lettings and sales marketing all the way through to completion.

The system is easy to use and the staff at ISSL are all very friendly and more than helpful, there is a very simple system in place if you come across a problem or you are not sure on how to do something, or they are always on the end of the phone.

The system saves so much time, there is no need to duplicate any work, just put it onto the system once and you can prepare all the sales/lettings brochures, windows cards, letters, accounts; absolutely everything can be done.

I have no issue in recommending the system to anyone new getting into the industry and just hope that the system goes from strength to strength as the housing market continues to become an ever harder industry.

It is great and simple to use, technically spot on and does absolutely everything you want estate agent software to do. ISSL also managed and built my website which I was really happy with, it is easy to use and stands out.

Having used the software now for some four years I can honestly say that I am delighted with how the system works. All of us in the offices agree that the system is extremely user friendly, quick and very comprehensive.

As with all software there will always be small issues that arise but with the technical ticket system you have in place we have found that any problems that do arise are dealt with very quickly by yourselves.
