Training

Internet Solutions Services Limited provides training to Estate Agents and Letting Agents in 3 ways.

1. We have a training room here in Lancashire, (about 20 minutes north of Manchester). We accommodate up to 5 people at a time. This keeps the ability difference down to a minimum and also is one car full. This is our preferred method as we find that people are less distracted here and learn more. We provide refreshments and a light lunch.
2. We can send someone to your office for the day where you can have as many trained at once as you like. This is more expensive and we find that people are more distracted with phone calls and visitors.
3. Online training is a third option and is useful for those who have managed to pick up the software or have had some training but need assistance on the more detailed aspects.

Training is not essential as many estate agents and letting agents find that if they have used software systems before they can very easily pick it up. We do recommend it though if staff members are not familiar with software systems as it will help with the initial fear factor that we find some people have.

The property management side of the software is much more complex than the sale side as it takes into account more financial data and more data recording once a property is let. This particular area, training is highly recomended to all letting agents.
